The order Lepidoptera is the second largest order of insects. The order name means “scale wing” and contains more than 200,000 species of Butterflies and Moths. The moths have over 180,000 species dived among 120 families, where as butterflies have 20,000 species divided among five different families. This order contains insect that are mainly herbivores and most have mouth parts that are a tubular proboscis.
